Whatever happened to: Keith Langford
It
wasn’t that long ago, just a couple of years to be exact, that Keith
Langford seemed like a decent NBA prospect.
As a sophomore at Kansas in 2002-03, he averaged 15.9 points per game and made
the All-Final Four team as the Jayhawks advanced to the national championship
tilt.
Over
the next two seasons, the left-handed slasher from Texas averaged 15.5 and 14.4
points per outing.
Langford didn’t catch on in the NBA, but he has landed a spot overseas.
He’s currently averaging 16.6 points and 3.5 rebounds for Vanoli Soresina in the
Italian League 2.
His team is 7-3 through 10 games.
